What You'll Do

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the foundational employee data, shared platform experiences, and security considerations that support HR products across Oracle HCM. In this role, you’ll ensure HR has a trusted, scalable, and user-centered foundation while enabling HR product teams, enterprise partners, and downstream consumers to use employee and organizational data effectively. This role requires a platform mindset in balancing shared capabilities, governance needs, and cross-functional priorities to deliver business outcomes and employee value.

Key Focus Areas

  • Employee & Organizational Data Foundation: Lead the HR product strategy for foundational employee and organizational data within Oracle HCM, ensuring the data foundation is trusted, usable, and aligned to HR and enterprise needs.
  • HR Data Quality & Stewardship: Partner with HR, technology, data, and governance teams to identify data quality opportunities, clarify stewardship needs, and prioritize improvements that strengthen confidence in core HR data.
  • HR Platform Experience: Shape the shared user experiences, navigation patterns, foundational workflows, and platform standards within Oracle HCM that create consistency across HR products and improve the employee, leader, and administrator experience.
  • HR Representation in Shared Oracle Governance: Represent HR product needs in shared Oracle platform conversations with Finance, IT, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and other partners, ensuring HR impacts, decision points, and tradeoffs are clearly understood.
  • Security & Access Partnership: Provide HR product input on Oracle HCM access, data visibility, and security-related decisions, while partnering with technology and architecture teams owning technical design, configuration, and controls.
  • Data Enablement: Help HR product families, enterprise partners, and downstream consumers understand and use employee and organizational data effectively, enabling better reporting, integrations, product experiences, workforce insights, and business outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Own HR Product Strategy: Define and lead the strategy for employee and organizational data, shared Oracle HCM experiences, security requirements, and foundational capabilities that support HR products and operations.
  • Drive Discovery & Insights: Guide discovery efforts by collecting feedback and data to gain insight, evaluate potential solutions, and prioritize key areas of the platform.
  • Shape Roadmap & Delivery: Translate HR data and platform experience priorities into a clear roadmap of scoped, value-driven improvements in partnership with delivery and technology teams.
  • Measure & Optimize: Track platform performance and data quality, make data-driven decisions, and continuously evolve the platform to meet enterprise needs.
  • Influence Across Boundaries: Partner with Finance, IT, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and global HR stakeholders to represent HR needs and align on shared platform impacts.
  • Mentor & Shape Culture: Support and mentor other product managers, sharing best practices to build and foster a strong, high-performing product culture.
