Business Partner Operations Analyst

Location: Fort Worth, TX

An industry-leading aviation organization is seeking a Business Partner Operations Analyst to support operational excellence across airport locations by driving vendor performance, project delivery, process improvement, and compliance initiatives.

This role partners with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to enhance customer experience, improve operational performance, and ensure consistent execution of cabin appearance and airport service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors delivering customer-facing airport services.
  • Support cabin appearance programs, including cleaning quality, product ordering, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Lead and coordinate operational projects, including large-scale vendor transitions and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide analytical and strategic support for operational programs and cross-functional projects.
  • Develop executive presentations, reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor vendor performance through scorecards, KPIs, and operational metrics.
  • Partner with airport stations and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, operational procedures, and company standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry regulations impacting airport operations and customer service programs.
  • Travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25%) to support operational initiatives and vendor management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in airport operations, cabin appearance, ramp operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of vendor management or supplier relationship experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access, and Project.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Ability to obtain airport security clearance (SIDA) and pass required background checks.
  • Experience developing policies or operational manuals is advantageous.
