Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Responsibilities
Description of Responsibilities:
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies
  • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by staying updated on new legislation
  • Enforces adherence to requirements and advises management on needed actions
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconcile with data storage system
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Evaluates resources and training needed for daily operation and makes adjustments as necessary
  • Manages new hire process for operations, including interviewing new candidates
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
