The successful candidate will serve as a key operational partner, coordinating utility services, managing financial and administrative processes, and supporting critical business functions across multiple locations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, discretion, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Coordinate utility activations, transfers, and deactivations for multiple company locations.
  • Process and reconcile utility invoices while ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment.
  • Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Calculate, document, and process back charges.
  • Support budget administration through data entry, tracking, and reporting.
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain operational reports and related documentation.
  • Manage electronic records and filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.
