The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an experienced Premium Events Manager to join our team at Chaifetz Arena in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role you will manage premium dining within the arena as well as catered events. The ideal candidate is a polished, hands-on hospitality professional with experience delivering exceptional guest service across premium spaces within high-volume sports or entertainment venues.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Hire, develop, and manage effective teams, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Schedule, coordinate and supervise premium service team members and operations on event days
  • Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, presentation, service flow, and product quality
  • Build strong relationships with premium guests, partners, and internal stakeholders while handling guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist in developing and executing operational strategies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards and federal, state and local regulations
More about you
  • Minimum three years of experience in premium hospitality environments, preferably in sports or entertainment venues or catering environments
  • Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising service team members required
  • Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff
  • No degree required
