Job Requirements:

Responsible for the performance of projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development/capture efforts by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.

Critical Knowledge & Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability of managing large business application software development efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capture new business opportunities within the Healthcare IT market.
  • Demonstrated ability of supporting proposal/bid/negotiation strategies for new business opportunities.
  • Must have Previous (Center for Medicare and Medicaid) CMS experience.
  • 10 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must have handsโ€‘on working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • Must have handsโ€‘on working knowledge of MS Project.
Education and Pluses

A Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of ten to twelve years of related experience in a related technical environment are required.

PMI PMP Preferred

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 110,000 to130,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
