Our platform enables universities to support their students by streamlining the process of finding and securing off-campus housing. By working closely with higher education institutions, we offer a trusted tool for students to connect with property managers and rental listings, helping to foster a foundation for wellbeing and success. As of January 2025, College Pads is part of StarRez.ย ย 

The Roleย 
As a University Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in onboarding new university partners onto the College Pads platform and supporting existing partnerships by rolling out new features and tools over time. You'll collaborate closely with College Pads' Partnerships team, our Development team, and StarRez's Product & Tech teams to deliver a seamless implementation experience and ensure long-term success for our university partners.ย 

This role is a great fit if you bring strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. While this isn't a sales role, you'll work directly with university stakeholders to support successful platform launches and ongoing optimization.ย 

Role Specificsย 
Work Location: Remote, USย 
Travel: Less than 5% (The percentage of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)ย 
Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Operations Manager, College Pads.ย 

What You Will Ownย 

  • Oversee the full onboarding process for new university partners, ensuring an efficient and successful platform launchย 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for university stakeholders (including but not limited to housing, IT, and legal staff) throughout the onboarding processย 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with College Pads and StarRez teams to facilitate smooth platform implementationsย 
  • Work with university partners to roll out new features, tools, and enhancements post-launchย 
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep implementation projects on trackย 
  • Set up demo environments for prospective university partners to showcase platform capabilitiesย 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process and enhance partner satisfactionย 

Required Qualificationsย 

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, customer success, or a related fieldย 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyย 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with university partnersย 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholdersย 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)

Preferred Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related fieldย 
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, higher education, or student housing is a plusย 
  • Previous experience in higher education, student housing, or technology implementationย 
  • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of university administrators and students in the housing search processย
