We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Business Operations Partner. This unique role combines responsibilities from various different administrative and supporting functions such as Finance, Procurement, IT, HR etc. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient Office operations while also contributing to financial analysis and decision-making processes. Business Operations Partner

Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks

  • General: Support with different kinds of administrative tasks (e.g. Fleet Management, Mobile Phones and Computer, Office Equipment and Supplies, Building Maintenance, Control of Bank transactions etc.).
  • IT: Work with corporate IT on Hardware lifecycle management, User onboarding, Server Coordination, Office Moves etc.
  • Purchasing: Work with corporate Procurement on local purchasing projects.
  • Purchasing: Support and Coordinate local Vendor management.

Process Development & Optimization

  • Support Management with Lean office initiatives and AI implementation and digitaliziation.

Tax & Compliance

  • Oversee tax compliance and ensure timely submission of all required tax filings.
  • Manage interactions with tax authorities, ensuring adherence to local and international tax regulations.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements through robust internal controls and process optimization.
  • Support Management with Sales and Service margin and profit analysis.
  • Support with FC and Budgeting.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external audit inquiries and assist with audit processes.

HR

  • Serve as primary HR contact for day-to-day inquiries and general human resources matters across the organization; including onboarding & offboarding
  • Drive implementation of global and regional HR initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment across business units
  • Partner strategically with HR Business Partner at TUS to align on HR policy, process improvements, and organizational development.  Collaborate closely with TUS and TH on various operation & global processes.
  • Oversee benefits, pension programs, and company vehicle administration to support employee satisfaction and retention

Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Businss Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.. Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business administration, finance, operations, office management, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, or supporting business decisions is an asset.
  • Experience coordinating administrative activities, vendors, or office operations is preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and business reporting tools is an advantage.
  • HR Experience or background helpful.
  • Use of AI and experience in digitilazation is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
