We're looking for a Sales Enablement and Development Specialist to join our L&D team in Brookfield, WI who is passionate about helping people learn, grow, and perform at their highest potential.In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales Leadership to create exceptional learning experiences that equip our Sales Executives with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. From designing engaging onboarding programs to developing sales training, coaching resources, and enablement content, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our sales organization.What You'll Be Doing: Design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new Sales Executives.Develop engaging learning programs focused on prospecting, consultative selling, account management, negotiation, and customer relationships.Create sales playbooks, learning guides, job aids, and training materials that improve productivity and consistency.Partner with Sales Leadership to identify development opportunities and build learning solutions that drive performance.Support the rollout and adoption of new sales initiatives, processes, technology, and tools.Measure training effectiveness through feedback, learning analytics, and business outcomes to continuously improve programs.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the sales organization.What We're Looking For:Experience designing and delivering training or learning programs.Strong knowledge of sales processes and consultative selling.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.The ability to create engaging learning content for multiple audiences.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across departments.Three or more years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, sales training, sales operations, staffing, recruiting, or business-to-business sales.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.Instructional design and curriculum development experience is strongly preferred.What We Offer: Health, Dental, VisionESOPWork-Life-BalancePaid Time Off401K
