AvePoint is seeking a seasoned, strategic Partner Development Manager (PDM) to expand our partner ecosystem and amplify growth through Managed Service Providers (MSPs). In this role, you'll lead high-level partner strategy, recruit new MSPs, and foster existing relationships to unlock new revenue channels. Your responsibilities will drive partner-sourced revenue, strategic alignment, and success with AvePoint's go-to-market initiatives. ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย ย 

  • Identify, recruit, and strategically align with MSPs to build a robust partner-sourced pipeline and revenue stream.ย ย 
  • Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives with MSPs to elevate AvePoint's brand and product adoption across new markets.ย ย 
  • Ensure comprehensive enablement and certification of partners, positioning them for success in deploying and supporting AvePoint solutions.ย ย 
  • Design and operationalize scalable partner models and go-to-market strategies that maximize partner-driven growth and customer satisfaction.ย ย 
  • Lead high-touch partner account management efforts, consistently delivering on partner needs, expectations, and mutual growth goals.ย ย 
  • Serve as a top advocate and evangelist within your partner ecosystem, driving mindshare and brand positioning for AvePoint's solutions.ย ย 

What your day to day will look like:ย ย ย 

  • Build and manage a strategic pipeline of high-potential MSPs,ย facilitatingย recruitment, onboarding, and activation processes.ย ย 
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive targeted co-marketing initiatives that maximize partner and AvePoint exposure, influence, and sales potential.ย ย 
  • Conduct regular enablement and training sessions to certify partners on AvePoint's products, aligning them with evolving solution capabilities.ย ย 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to craft GTM strategies that fuel partner success and mutual revenue growth.ย ย 
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key partners to assess performance,ย optimizeย growth strategies, and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.ย ย 
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for MSPs, delivering a seamless account management experience and proactively addressing their needs.ย ย 
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics,ย utilizingย insights to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.ย ย 
  • Attend industry events and webinars to stay informed on market trends, networking with key players in the MSP space to bolster AvePoint's partner ecosystem.ย ย 
  • Host regular cross-functional alignment sessions to communicate updates on partner activities and ensure cohesive internal support.ย ย 
  • Resolve partner challenges swiftly, integrating feedback to enhance the partner experience and AvePoint's market position.ย ย

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to drive joint success in sales and services deals.ย ย

  • Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships within the partner ecosystem, with a focus on growth and partner advocacy.ย ย

The Salary Range for this role is $105,000 - $145,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
