Job Description Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Partner Development Manager (PDM) to drive growth through our ecosystem of established technology and business partners. In this highly collaborative role, you will develop and expand relationships with key strategic partners, including print manufacturers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), IT Outsourcers (ITOs), system integrators, and other technology alliance partners.

As the primary liaison between LRS and its strategic partner community, you will be responsible for building executive-level relationships, identifying and executing joint business opportunities, creating partner-led demand generation initiatives, and aligning partner capabilities with LRS' Enterprise Output Management (EOM) solutions portfolio. Working closely with LRS sales, marketing, product management, and leadership teams, you will drive partner engagement, influence revenue growth, and help expand LRS' market presence through mutually beneficial business partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of alliance management, business development, and enterprise software sales, with a proven ability to foster long-term strategic relationships that generate measurable business outcomes for both LRS and its partners.

This position will be a hybrid position located at any of our US based offices. Organization Structure and Interfaces The EOM Division at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc.

comprises more than 285 employees spread across LRS's 23 offices worldwide. The EOM Division comprises 5 primary groups: North American Sales, EMEA and Asia-Pacific Sales, Global Channel Sales, EOM Services, and Product Development/Support. Each group has a primary Vice President who oversees that group, and each Vice President reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Compensation The compensation range is $100,000-$150,000 in the first year. This income range represents base salary, draw, and on-target earnings in the first year. LRS is an equal opportunity employer.
