Job description

Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we're not just building technology - we're shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world's largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it's not just what we do, it's how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let's build what's next, together.

What this role is all about

As a Partnership Development Manager, you'll play a key role in building Infobip's partnership ecosystem in North America - securing new high-impact relationships and turning existing ones into measurable commercial results. While you will be focused on North America, you will also work with global partners that operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, working directly with our VP of NAM Partnerships and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Presales, Product, and Marketing. This is a build role: you'll contribute to shaping the regional strategy, and then execute to drive revenue and gross profit targets that fuel Infobip's growth in the region.

What you'll do
  • Design and execute the North American partnership strategy, with a clear focus on revenue and gross profit targets
  • Secure and develop new resell and co-sell partnerships across ISVs, system integrators, agencies, and consultancies
  • Lead joint partner planning sessions - defining mutual goals, financial targets, and key milestones
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to drive acquisition of new clients
  • Track, forecast, and analyze partnership performance; identify growth opportunities proactively
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Sales, Presales, Product, Marketing) to ensure partner implementations are delivered successfully
  • Run quarterly business reviews and maintain a consistent partner communication rhythm
  • Ensure partner compliance with agreements and certification program standards
  • Manage all partnership data accurately in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Represent Infobip at partner events, conferences, and industry forums
  • Build executive-level relationships with partner and customer stakeholders
  • Provide market and vertical insights to Product and Marketing teams; help scale best practices across the region
What makes you a strong fit
  • +5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles in B2B tech - CPaaS, SaaS, telecom, or API-based businesses preferred
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue or growth targets through partner or indirect channels
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies with partners - from joint planning to execution
  • Land-and-expand mindset: you've grown partnerships significantly over time, not just maintained them
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels, including C-suite, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional and matrix environments
  • Structured, data-driven approach to planning and reporting; comfortable working in Salesforce
  • Background in management consulting or experience owning a P&L or quota-carrying role is a strong plus
  • Comfortable in a high-ownership environment where you'll have real input on how the regional strategy evolves
  • You thrive with autonomy - you create your own path, hold yourself accountable, and decide where to invest your time to drive results
