Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

Salesforce's Global Consulting Partner (GCP) organization is seeking a Sr. Partner Account Manager (PAM) to lead and deepen our Accenture partnership across the Health & Life Science (HLS) industries. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires a balance of strategy, sales, and bias for action.

The PAM will own all aspects of the HLS industry partnership with Accenture in AMER and partner with regional EMEA counterparts on global customers, driving investment programs, co-sell execution, and governance. Success requires the design and execution of a plan to develop and accelerate the growth of Salesforce's business with Accenture in HLS. Key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, GCP, Marketing, Industry Advisors, Legal and Operations while maintaining a deep understanding of Salesforce technology and articulating Salesforce value propositions.

Accenture is one of Salesforce's largest and most strategic consulting partners and a Founding Partner of Salesforce's Approved Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Partner Network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own AMER HLS Industry Accenture partnership relationships, serving as Salesforce and Accenture's primary point of contact

  • Own and drive key metrics: partner-sourced and influenced pipeline/revenue, fund utilization and ROI, Accenture certified practitioner growth (including the new Agentforce Life Sciences certification), consumption targets, and in-market customer stories.

  • Design and execute a plan to accelerate and scale the growth of Salesforce's business with Accenture in HLS, including identification of segments, relationship definition, and launch activities

  • Drive joint GTM strategy and revenue execution across HLS in AMER, partnering with regional PAMs on global customers

  • Work with Accenture to build certified Life Sciences Cloud / Agentforce delivery capacity ahead of demand

  • Work with Accenture to generate new business in existing accounts and new markets, ensuring partners assist in delivering successful projects

  • Lead HLS partnership governance including executive business reviews, joint account planning, and investment fund management, implementation/delivery and cadences

  • Manage and grow the joint investment portfolio, ensuring active utilization and measurable ROI

  • Collaborate with Partner Sales to establish and run a recurring operating cadence with Accenture's HLS leadership to track pipeline, prioritize accounts, and reallocate investments dynamically

  • Proactively build relationships across the partner ecosystem, connecting with global counterparts, Partner Sales, and Partner Success to strengthen informal networks and support global account coordination

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industry experience within partnerships, sales or consulting with a strong track record of driving partner revenue and exceeding targets

  • 7+ years of industry experience in Healthcare (payers/providers) and Life Sciences (pharma/medtech), weighted towards Pharma. Conversant in regulatory requirements.

  • Proven success developing and leading strategic partnerships with global consulting organizations (Accenture experience strongly preferred)

  • Deep understanding of joint GTM motions, co-sell mechanics, and investment programs

  • Executive presence with demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at executive levels across both Salesforce and partner organizations

  • Strong command of Salesforce technology and applications, platform, and SaaS solutions including Agentforce, Data Foundations, and Agentforce for Life Sciences.

  • Comfortable with complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrates use of critical thinking techniques

  • Ability to design and present annual plans, track and articulate success

  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant influenced revenue through SI partnerships.

  • Existing relationships within Accenture's Life Sciences practice and/or Accenture Song strongly preferred.

  • Business, Computer Science, or Engineering Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred

  • Willingness to travel, approximately 20-30%
