Summary of Position
The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing partner accounts across Rebel Athletic divisions and related product lines. This role focuses on relationship development, account retention, and revenue expansion through consistent communication, proactive service, and strategic upselling.
This is an inside sales role centered on cultivating long-term partnerships and maximizing account value. The position requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to identify opportunities to expand business within existing customers while delivering a high level of service and execution.
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. As a sales representative, you are expected to dedicate your time to managing customer relationships, prospecting, appointments, events, and territory development. Due to the nature of the role, workweeks may regularly exceed 40 hours during peak seasons, competitions, events, and customer deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned partner accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, program directors, and decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion into additional product lines or divisions
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to understand needs, timelines, and upcoming opportunities
  • Coordinate presentations, product recommendations, and order planning with customers
  • Ensure all customer communication is handled quickly, accurately, and professionally
  • Manage customer expectations related to timelines, approvals, and delivery requirements
  • Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Operations teams to ensure accurate order execution
  • Track account activity, opportunities, and revenue performance
  • Submit required reports and updates on account status and performance
  • Support high-profile accounts and collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives when needed
  • Assist with event preparation, customer outreach, and follow-up related to key accounts
  • Provide a high level of service that reinforces customer loyalty and long-term retention
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, or opportunities within accounts

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision
  • High level of organization and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general CRM usage
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cheer, dance, athletics, or apparel
  • Existing network within schools, gyms, or athletic programs
  • Experience with event-based or seasonal sales cycles

Compensation Structure
This position follows a draw against commission model.
You will receive bimonthly draw payments that are recouped against future commissions. Once earned commissions exceed the annual draw amount, additional commissions are paid according to the Rebel Athletic Sales Compensation Plan. Complete details are provided in the written offer.
Benefits Highlights
At Rebel Athletic, we offer a benefits package designed to support our employees both professionally and personally, including:
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Company-paid holidays available immediately upon hire
  • Annual discretionary bonus opportunity
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance coverage
  • Voluntary benefit options including supplemental life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and additional coverages
  • 401(k) plan with company match

Benefit eligibility and effective dates are based on company policy and plan requirements.
Working Conditions
  • Remote role with heavy travel within assigned territory, with at least 50% of time spent in the field
  • Frequent in-person meetings with customers, prospects, and events
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends based on customer and event needs
  • Ability to lift and transport product samples and materials up to 25 pounds
  • Fast-paced, high-performance environment with clear expectations and accountability
