Position Overview

We’re looking for passionate, skilled Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and care deeply about quality, consistency, and presentation. This position plays a critical role in executing Party Fowl’s bold menu, ensuring every dish reflects our high standards and fast-paced kitchen culture.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the kitchen team to prep, cook, and plate items according to our established recipes, while maintaining food safety and cleanliness at all times.


Key Responsibilities

·      Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies at the start of each shift.

·      Prepare ingredients for dishes, including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and assembling sauces.

·      Cook menu items to specification using grills, fryers, ovens, or other kitchen equipment.

·      Follow recipes and presentation guidelines with precision and consistency.

·      Work closely with kitchen managers and follow directives accurately.

·      Maintain a clean and organized prep area and kitchen workspace throughout the shift.

·      Ensure all food is handled and stored according to food safety regulations.

·      Properly label, date, and store prepped items and leftovers.

·      Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking kitchen inventory.

·      Support teammates in other stations or tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.


Requirements

·      High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

·      Culinary certification or formal training in cooking techniques a plus.
