What are part-time jobs?

Part-time jobs are positions in which employees work fewer hours per week than full-time employees, typically less than 35-40 hours. These jobs often offer more flexible schedules, making them ideal for students, parents, or anyone needing to balance work with other commitments. Part-time roles can be found in a variety of industries, such as retail, food service, healthcare, and administration. To overcome these, it's helpful to communicate availability clearly, proactively seek feedback, and express interest in professional development opportunities.
