Part-time Endodontist Opportunity in Manchester, VT

Mason Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Endodontist to join our established practice in the Dorset/Bennington County area part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

About Our Practice

  • Schedule: twice per month, ideally on Fridays
  • Fee-for-service
  • Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, CBCT, etc.)
  • Specialty work done in office: Periodontics

Compensation

  • Strong minimum guarantee % of collections
  • Malpractice insurance

Qualifications and Skills

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Vermont, in good standing.
  • Completion of a residency program in endodontics.
  • At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients.
  • Highly proficient in aspects of endodontics, including, but not limited to, root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomy, etc.
  • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
  • Willingness to be in-network as needed.
