Hampton Inn Columbia Downtown Historic District is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer service pro to fill our Part-time Guest Services Representative position. As a part-time Guest Services Representative, you’ll be able to showcase your customer service skills and create exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a fun work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package. What you’ll do

  • Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
  • Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy.
  • Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts.
  • Enter and update reservation information in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status.
