Job Summary

Aubrey Lounge STL is looking for a dependable Part-Time Line Cook to support kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality dishes during service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional kitchen environment and wants flexible hours while gaining experience in an upscale restaurant.

Part-time line cooks play an important role in ensuring food quality, consistency, and efficiency during service.


What You’ll DoFood Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Execute dishes efficiently during service periods

Kitchen Support

• Maintain clean and organized kitchen stations

• Assist with prep work and ingredient preparation

• Follow kitchen procedures and support team members during service

Food Safety
