Part-Time Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager
Location: St. Michael, MN - Cornerstone Village I & II and Connex locations
Schedule: Part-time, averaging 20-29 hours per week
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Benefits: MN Wellness and 401(k)
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented part-time Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to support our St. Michael properties, including Cornerstone Village I & II and Connex. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with residents, assisting prospective renters, and helping create a welcoming community environment.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with leasing activities, resident communication, and prospective renter inquiries.
  • Help support day-to-day property operations and maintain organized resident and applicant information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, applicants, vendors, and team members.
  • Assist with property tours, move-in and move-out processes, lease renewals, and general administrative duties.
  • Support a positive teamwork environment and help promote a welcoming community at each location.

What We're Looking For
  • Leasing agent and/or property management experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized, follow through on tasks, and work independently.
  • Professional, friendly, and team-focused approach.
