Description
We're looking for an experienced and organized Receptionist to join the team at Restorative Massages & Wellness, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office and managing the reception team. You will ensure the front office runs smoothly and provide a top-notch customer service experience.
You'll also have the opportunity to use your business acumen to help grow the company and build a successful team. This is a great opportunity to utilize your front-office management skills in a modern, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring their needs are met
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure that the front desk is well-stocked with office supplies and materials
• Maintain and update customer databases and other administrative duties as needed
• Monitor and manage customer payments, invoices, and other transactions
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or front office management in a spa setting
• US Work Authorization
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects, as well as working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have retail and sales experience
