At Hunter Wellness Center, we are more than just a chiropractic practice-we are a family-owned, patient-focused healthcare team dedicated to holistic health and wellness. We're looking for a bubbly, outgoing, and friendly personality to join our team as a part-time Front Desk Receptionist! In this position, you will earn $20 - $23/hour.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Your workweek will be dynamic, keeping you engaged and on the go! You'll work Monday through Thursday from 8 AM - 5 PM, with extended hours on Tuesdays until 6:00 PM.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the friendly face that greets patients as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. You will help manage office flow by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and keeping the front desk running smoothly. You will also assist the chiropractors with patient therapy and prepare treatment rooms for appointments. Educating patients about their care will be a key part of your role, ensuring they understand their treatments and feel empowered in their wellness journey. You'll handle patient records and insurance verifications with professionalism and confidentiality, and keep inventory stocked so the office runs seamlessly.
