Job description


A dealership is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to answer multi-phone lines, transfer calls, schedule appointments, take payments, give receipts, and utilize a computer. Training will be done from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and actual work hours are Monday and Thursday 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous Receptionist experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have excellent communication and organizational skills, must have a professional appearance and an articulate phone presence. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
