About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Front Desk Receptionist to assist customers during peak visiting hours. This role serves as the face of the organization, so the ideal candidate will have experience working with the public and a strong passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, greeting visitors, and providing support where needed.

What You Will Do:

Greet visitors and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner Answer and manage multiple phone lines and direct calls appropriately Provide general information to clients Respond to questions throughout the workday Support front desk operations and daily office needs
