Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Full-Time & Part-Time | Northern Virginia- Must Be In-Person

At Alpha & Omega, BCaBAs have a real voice, strong clinical and administrative backing, and clear pathways for growth. We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time BCaBAs across Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Compensation

  • Full-Time: $60,000 – 80,000 per year + bonus potential
  • Part-Time: $50-75/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Conduct assessments and update programming as needed
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance

Requirements

  • Active BCaBA certification (BACB) in good standing
  • Licensed or eligible in VA/MD
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Must be local
  • Must be able to go on military base.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday (flexible)
  • Weekend availability optional
