Automotive Service Writer/Advisor - $16.00-$19.00/hr. plus bonuses
Full Time and Part Time

-Automotive experience (two years or more preferred)
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Communicate directly with customers and relay vehicle issues to the Mechanic
-Suggest maintenance and repair services to the customer

-Have effective interpersonal, oral, and communication skills
-Bilingual applicants preferred
As a Service Advisor, you will:
-Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
-Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
-Create repair orders and communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
-Explain repair estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs
-Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
