We are hiring a Payroll Specialist with dealership experience to support payroll functions for multiple dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately for all dealership employees.
- Manage timekeeping systems and ensure correct tracking of hours, overtime, and PTO.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax and payroll laws.
- Process employee deductions, benefits, and garnishments.
- Calculate commissions and other variable pay.
- Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries.
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts including benefits, 401(k), and wages.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years dealership payroll experience preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll systems; Paylocity preferred.
- Familiarity with CDK or Tekion preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
