Job description

About the Role:
Auto Facil LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team in Concord, NC! This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our dealership's operations by ensuring vehicle titles and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. 

Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit vehicle titles, registrations, and lien releases in a timely manner
  • Prepare and verify all title documents for accuracy and compliance with state regulations
  • Coordinate with the DMV, lenders, and financial institutions to complete title transfers
  • Maintain organized records of all title and registration paperwork
  • Assist with dealer trades, payoffs, and out-of-state title transactions
  • Communicate with sales and finance departments to resolve title discrepancies
  • Track and follow up on outstanding titles and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in an automotive dealership setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of DMV title and registration processes in North Carolina
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
  • Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
