We're hiring a dedicated video editor with specific YouTube Shorts experience to help turn our content into high-performing, engaging educational Shorts for our skin health & wellness channel.

 What You'll Do:

Edit 3-5 YouTube Shorts per week (30-60 sec each)

Turn talking-head or B-roll footage into fast-paced, punchy edits

Add captions, text overlays, music, cuts, transitions for high retention

Work from our content repository and collaborate with our creative team

Ensure each Short is optimized for YouTube's unique viewer behavior

 Requirements:

Proven experience editing YouTube Shorts (not just Reels or TikTok)

Understanding of pacing, retention hooks, and visual rhythm for YT Shorts

Reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative

Strong grasp of English for editing captions/text

Familiar with common educational content styles on YouTube

 Bonus (not required):

Familiarity with Descript or similar tools for transcription/caption workflows

Experience editing content in the beauty/wellness niche

Comfortable working in Google Drive/ClickUp
