Sales & Marketing Internship (6 Months)
About RaceTime
RaceTime is one of South Florida’s leading endurance event production companies. We produce road races, corporate wellness events, school fundraising events, and community fitness experiences for thousands of participants each year.
We’re looking for someone who wants to learn how a growing business operates—not someone looking to simply check a box for school credit.
This internship offers real responsibility, hands-on marketing experience, and the opportunity to contribute to events seen by thousands of athletes.
Position
Sales & Marketing Intern (Part-Time)
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: 15–25 hours per week (flexible)
Location:
- Remote work
- Weekly collaboration from our Doral office
- Occasional weekend mornings at race events
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with the owner on projects that help grow the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and schedule social media content
- Create Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn posts
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Write newsletters and promotional emails
- Research potential clients and event opportunities
- Conduct outreach to schools, businesses, sponsors, and event organizers
- Help generate sales leads
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Update website content as needed
- Support race-day operations and event marketing
- Brainstorm new ways to grow the RaceTime brand
No two weeks will look the same. You’ll gain experience in marketing, sales, business development, event production, and entrepreneurship.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable communicating with people
- Interested in marketing, sales, business, sports, or entrepreneurship
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Excited to learn and solve problems
Bonus Qualifications
- Runner, cyclist, triathlete, or active lifestyle enthusiast
- Experience creating social media content
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut experience
- Photography or video editing skills
- Email marketing experience
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus
None of these are required—we’re looking for attitude and work ethic first.
