Position Overview

NH Ross is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to help support and grow our day-to-day marketing efforts across social media, branding, advertising, and digital platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. The right person should enjoy being involved, thinking creatively, communicating with others, and helping support the company in many different ways.

This role plays an important part in helping our team stay connected with customers, support company growth, and keep marketing efforts active and organized throughout the year.

While much of the role can be performed remotely, we are specifically looking for someone local to Long Island who can regularly come into the office for meetings, collaboration, content creation, filming, and company projects as needed.

This position starts as part-time with strong long-term growth potential for the right person.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing and scheduling social media content
  • Help create graphics, promotional materials, and marketing content
  • Capture photos and videos of technicians, projects, and company activities
  • Support digital advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with outside marketing vendors and partners
  • Help maintain marketing organization and reporting
  • Assist with seasonal promotions, email campaigns, and company initiatives
  • Communicate with management and office staff regarding marketing priorities and company goals
  • Help support lead generation efforts and overall brand growth
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience with Canva or similar content/design platforms
  • Experience capturing photo and video content
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems and platforms
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (But Not Required)
  • Experience working with marketing vendors or agencies
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus
  • Home service industry experience is a plus
