Bilingual Bonus: $25/day for bilingual (English/Spanish) technicians

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays only
Work Environment: Outdoor mobile veterinary clinics

About the Role

Texavet LLC is hiring Veterinary Technicians to support our mission of providing accessible vaccinations and preventative care to pets across the Greater North Houston area. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position focused on quality care, client education, and efficient clinic flow.

Role Focus: Client Technician

  • Conduct pet histories by speaking directly with pet owners

  • Review and interpret prior medical records

  • Educate owners on vaccination protocols and preventative medications

  • Weigh patients and prepare vaccines

  • Load and organize charts for veterinary administration

Requirements

  • Experience in veterinary medicine with client-facing responsibilities

  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

  • Comfortable working outdoors year-round
