What You’ll Do

As a Veterinary Technician, you’ll play an essential role in patient care by:

  • Supporting veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Preparing patients and surgical instruments for procedures
  • Providing surgical assistance and post‑operative nursing care
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assisting with outpatient treatments and in‑house laboratory testing
  • Supporting patient flow through admissions and discharges
  • Collecting patient histories and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Using safe restraint techniques and following standard protocols
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and sterile treatment, exam, and lab areas
  • Communicating with clients about pet health concerns, medications, and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient hospital operations

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years of clinical veterinary experience required
  • CVT/LVT/RVT credentials encouraged
  • Experience assisting with surgery and post‑operative care
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
