General Job Responsibilitiesย 

  • Enter and maintain member information in Excel spreadsheets and other designated tracking tools.ย 
  • Use authorized systems and resources to verify member information.ย 
  • Cross-reference information from multiple sources to identify discrepancies, missing information, or outdated records.ย 
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure information entered is accurate and complete.ย 
  • Track completed records and maintain organized documentation of research and data entry activities.ย 
  • Update records when new or corrected information is identified.ย 
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle member information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.ย 
  • Assist with other administrative and data management tasks related to member eligibility and enrollment as needed.
