Job Description
Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support the U.S. Army requirements in the execution of teaching a motorcycle Basic Rider Course (BRC) and an Advanced Rider Course (ARC). This position offers a rewarding opportunity to teach active duty soldiers. Typically, two BRC's or two BRC's and one ARC are taught per week (weekdays only) throughout the training season of March into October.
The total hourly pay for this non-exempt position ($26.93 per hour for up to 40 hours per week) is comprised of a base hourly rate of $ 22.00 plus $4.93 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations.
The above rate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, for eligible positions we offer a variety of benefits including specified holidays, paid sick and vacation leave, and 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
Instructors provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army Installations. The instructor is responsible for facilitating BRC and ARC classes which includes both classroom and range instruction. The instructor is also responsible for maintaining class paperwork, pre-class preparation, online recording of information, and submission of completed paperwork. The Instructor must possess applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification as a RiderCoach.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Facilitate scheduled courses
Handle all associated paperwork
Maintain a safe range environment
Responsible for securing all equipment
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk on a motorcycle training range for an 8-hour period
Must be able to ride a motorcycle in the demonstration of riding exercises
Ability to tolerate extremes of weather
Travel Requirements

Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
MSF RiderCoach Certification
Self-motivated with minimal oversight necessary
Travel may be required
Long hours and weekends may be required to meet deliverables
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma
At least 2 years of motorcycle training experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
