Job Description Summary:

Under general supervision of an Operations Analyst, the Data Analyst Intern must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a part-time, self-motivated Data Analyst Intern who will assist with administrative and data-related tasks.

This is a part-time position reporting to the Director of Administrative Operations. The primary location will be at the Administrative Building in Lawrenceville, GA. There is potential for a full-time, permanent offer upon completion of the internship based on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities:

· Learn aspects of data analysis and reporting while working directly with team leadership

· Collect and organize data to support business and operational decisions

· Assist in maintaining and updating databases and data systems

· Create and update reports and dashboards

· Identify trends and patterns through data analysis

· Perform various other data-related functions as necessary

Education and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed, with a focus in STEM, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools preferred
