Field Patient Care Technician

Seattle, WA | Part-time, as needed

Proactive Health is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to improving patient care for seniors through cutting-edge technology and compassionate service. By blending advanced biometric monitoring with the strength of personal connections, our goal is to empower seniors and their healthcare providers with the data, knowledge, and tools to take charge of their health, reducing readmissions to the hospital and enhancing their quality of life.


The role of the Field Patient Care Technician is to be the face of Proactive Health as patients join our service. They are often the first to meet the patient in person, the first to educate them on our service, and the one to set up the biometric devices that our patients will use in perpetuity. We are looking for a part-time tech to join our install team in Seattle metro area with an early September start date. 


What You'll Do:

  • Travel to and from patient's homes
  • Be on time to appointments
  • Effectively educate the patient on Proactive Health's services
  • Answer any questions regarding our service
  • Set up our biometric devices in their home to monitor their vitals
  • Perform a full patient intake including:
    • Medical conditions
    • Medical history
    • Current medications
  • Document clearly and effectively
  • Tech Support-troubleshoot devices when needed. 


What You'll Need:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Drivers License & personal vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • You're tech-savvy and love learning new technology 
  • Preferred but not required: Experience working in sales or customer service, with senior citizens, and in healthcare
