Salary: $25-$27/hr

By blending advanced biometric monitoring with the strength of personal connections, our goal is to empower seniors and their healthcare providers with the data, knowledge, and tools to take charge of their health, reducing readmissions to the hospital and enhancing their quality of life.


The role of the Device Specialist-Installer is to be the face of Proactive Health as patients join our service. They are often the first to meet the patient in person, the first to educate them on our service, and the one to set up the devices that our patients will use in perpetuity.


What You'll Do:

  • Travel to and from patient's homes
  • Effectively educate the patient on Proactive Health's services
  • Answer any questions regarding our service
  • Set up our biometric devices in their home to monitor their vitals
  • Perform a full patient intake including
    • Medical conditions
    • Medical history
    • Current medications
  • Document clearly and effectively
  • Be on time to appointments


What You'll Need:

  • Experience working with senior citizens, preferred
  • Experience with sales, preferred
  • Experience working in healthcare, preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Drivers License & personal vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Pass a background check
