Description
Are you passionate about environmental science and teaching a new generation of scientists? Are you eager to work collaboratively to find innovative ways to improve student success? If these questions resonate with you, then we invite you to consider joining our Earth and Environmental Science Team. Clark College is currently accepting applications for a part-time Environmental Science Professor. Applicants must be willing to teach during the summer (in addition to other terms) and both online and in person. Lecture rate is $95.60 and lab rate is $81.66.
This part-time position is an ongoing recruitment in which applications are collected year-round. Positions will be filled as program needs arise.
This is a part-time faculty position and is not eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.

  • Instruct classes in Environmental Science utilizing techniques and knowledge of the discipline that facilitate student learning.

  • Participate in program, curriculum development and assessment activities.

  • Master's Degree or higher in Environmental Science or a closely related science field (with significant graduate coursework in environmental science).
