iteach is a competency-based educator preparation program helping to fill the void the nation faces with the unprecedented teacher shortage. iteach offers state-approved educator preparation programs in multiple states, enabling recent graduates, career changers, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, and others to earn their educator licensure through an affordable, flexible, and fully online pathway. Notably, iteach was the first educator preparation program outside of an institution of higher education to earn accreditation from the Council for Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).

The Opportunity
The Curriculum & Instruction Systems Coordinator is a key member of K12 Coalition's Corporate Academics/Curriculum & Instruction team, providing systems and operational support for the iteach educator preparation program.
In this role, you'll maintain the accuracy and integrity of data across Canvas, Salesforce, and UKG while helping improve the processes that keep our curriculum operations running efficiently. Your work will support instructional teams, strengthen compliance efforts, and provide reliable information for decision-making across the organization.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with technology, solving problems, and bringing organization and accuracy to complex systems.
The Curriculum & Instruction Systems Coordinator reports to the Operations Solutions Manager.
What You'll Do
Systems and Data Management
  • Maintain accurate course, instructor, and enrollment data across Canvas, Salesforce, and UKG
  • Create and update course mappings, IDs, sections, and user records in Salesforce
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure synchronization between Canvas and Salesforce
  • Support UKG hourly activity verification by reconciling Canvas data and escalating discrepancies when needed
  • Assist with data cleanup, migrations, and integration projects

Quality Assurance and Technical Support
  • Test new or updated course integrations and document outcomes
  • Support troubleshooting of system issues in collaboration with IT and the Operations Solutions Manager
  • Maintain organized documentation including system processes, version control, and change logs
  • Identify data inconsistencies and partner with stakeholders to resolve them

Reporting and Cross-Team Support
  • Compile course, enrollment, and instructional activity data for internal reporting and dashboards
  • Support preparation of data summaries for CAEP, audit, and program improvement needs
  • Respond to Zendesk or internal support tickets related to C&I systems
  • Participate in team meetings and document follow-ups and action items

Other Duties
  • Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to help meet evolving organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a data, systems, operations, or technical support role
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar databases required
  • Experience with Canvas or other LMS platforms strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Coursework, degree, or certification in data management, information systems, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with automation, APIs, or reporting tools
  • Experience supporting compliance, audit, or accreditation reporting
  • Experience working in education or educator preparation environments

Compensation Range:
