We're looking for a talented Head of Link Building with deep expertise in off-page SEO and link-building strategy , and — just as importantly — a proven ability to lead, manage, and scale teams . In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a large link-building team (40+ managers), setting clear processes, performance benchmarks, and quality standards. You'll work closely with managers and link builders to drive accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement across the team.

Your Background You have experience managing link-building operations within a digital marketing company. As Head of Link Building, you will oversee link-building strategy execution, process optimization, and team management, while ensuring alignment with the company's broader vision and goals.
