Job description

Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center is looking for a part-time driver/Lot Tech for our location in Lewis Center.
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transport of vehicles between Coughlin's other locations in addition to other dealership locations as needed. You will be responsible delivering the vehicle in a professional and courteous manner while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. This position also performs lot tech duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Pick up and deliver vehicles safely as assigned
  • Observe speed limits and obey all road signs/traffic laws
  • Keep time schedule
  • Complete drivers log including signature from manager. Turned in weekly.
  • Other duties as assigned by General Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • General knowledge of directions.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to work when required.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Maintain excellent driving record.
  • Must be able to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Must have a positive attitude while working.

A valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
