SENIOR FP&A ANALYST
Temporary, part-time role with our client west of Pittsburgh
Workplace Type: Hybrid (on-site 2 days per week; 1 day remote)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain workforce capacity models, staffing forecasts, and headcount planning.
- Build, track, and leverage productivity metrics to balance staffing and capacity across programs.
- Monitor performance against forecasts, identify variances, and recommend adjustments to support service levels and efficiency goals.
- Identify workforce risks and escalate to leadership as needed.
- Partner with operations and technology teams to enhance experience, efficiency, and data management.
- Evaluate existing processes with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Support process improvement initiatives by contributing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Use KPIs and analytics to measure the impact of process and technology changes, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to assess trends, service levels, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 yearsโ experience in workforce planning.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in workforce planning tools.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with experience working across functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented problem solver who can translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines while producing high-quality work.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and drive results.
