Have fun. The role As an Office Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth operation of our head office and actively contribute to maintaining a positive company culture. You will act as the primary point of contact for office maintenance and collaborate closely with the Talent and Culture team.

Work schedule: Part-time position, Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM What you will do Oversee office operations including supplies, meeting room preparation, kitchen management, and coordinating maintenance services with vendors. Plan and coordinate company-wide events such as town halls and other company wide meetings. Coordinate company culture initiatives, lead the social committee, and organize monthly cultural events.

Act as primary contact and manage communications with sub-tenants and coordinate with various internal departments.
