About Sun Tan City
Sun Tan City is one of the largest family-owned tanning salon chains in the country, with approximately 250 salons across 20 states. About the Role
As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. You'll provide excellent customer service, recommend products and services, help maintain a clean salon, and support daily operations in a fast-paced team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being rewarded for strong performance.
What You'll Do

• Greet clients and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and services
• Help meet individual and team sales goals
• Use basic computer systems to support daily tasks and client interactions
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and ready for clients
• Clean tanning rooms and equipment between client visits
• Help maintain the lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas
• Work closely with teammates in an upbeat, fast-paced environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Comfortable talking with clients and making product/service recommendations

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
• Lift or help lift heavier items and boxes
• Bend down to pick up towels, trash, and other items from the floor
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
• Work independently during shifts when needed
