Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Floor Attendant at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a Floor Attendant, you will monitor the gaming floor and assist guests with any enquiries.

What will you do?
  • Monitor assigned floor areas to ensure gaming machines are functioning and players are following rules
  • Process jackpot payouts in accordance with Delaware North and state gaming procedures
  • Assist guests by answering their questions about games or general enquiries
  • Perform minor repairs, makes adjustments to slot machines, and resolve problems such as voucher jams or machine tilts
  • Partner with your supervisor or technician if malfunctions require major repairs
More about you
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a New York gaming license
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money
  • Basic gaming machine knowledge preferred
