Why Join Us? We are excited to expand our services to include Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) due to increasing client demand. We are seeking an experienced therapist to build and lead our SLP practice. This part-time position offers the opportunity to transition to full-time status once an established caseload is developed.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' specific needs
  • Conduct therapy sessions to enhance speech and language skills, including articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for ongoing improvement
What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • 2+ years of experience working with pediatric patients is highly preferred
  • Strong patient assessment skills for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
  • Proficiency in delivering speech therapy interventions in an outpatient clinical setting
  • Ability to manage caseloads effectively and prioritize patient needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with team members
