Are you looking for a part time or per diem Direct Care Aid position to:
• Supplement another job?
• Work around your children's school schedule?
• Accommodate attendance in your school schedule?
Our Home Assistance Program is looking for caring, compassionate individuals to provide assistance or cueing and supervision to members living in their own home in the Taunton area.
The program offers:
  • Flexible shifts - perfect for parents or students!
  • Daytime shifts only, 7 days a week.
  • Weekends/holidays have a differential pay.
  • Team approach working with an RN and Social Worker/Case Manager.
  • Starting pay of $21 per visit! $22.50 on weekends and holidays!!
  • Experience in the healthcare field.

Play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and a higher quality of life for the people we serve!
Duties Include:
  • Assistance with personal care.
  • Light housekeeping.
  • Laundry, shopping.
  • May include meal prep, if needed.

Must Have:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • A sincere desire to assist members with their ADLs.
  • Good communication skills.
Experience in providing homecare and/or working with adults with a medical or mental health diagnosis strongly preferred! No CNA or HHA license required if you possess the experience.
