About the Job:
Love working with people in a steady paced environment? You may be the person for our team.
We are looking for a dedicated office professional with a heavy background in customer service, office skills and marketing with experience in the following to join our team:
  • Marketing (online: i.e. Face Book, Instagram, Google as well as print advertising).
  • QuickBooks desktop.
  • Customer service (In-person and telephone).
  • Credit card transactions/reconciliations.
  • Basic Math skills including calculating volumes of materials needed for a job.
  • CRM software experience a plus.
  • Accounting experience is a plus but not required.
  • Windows Computer Suite.
  • Scheduling visits.
  • Invoicing.
  • Landscape/Horticulture/Arboriculture knowledge a plus.
This part time position comes with a flexible work schedule with the expectation of rotating Saturdays from 8 am - 12:30 pm during our business season and flextime during our slower months.
