Parts Department Associate

Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time Employment

Bosco's Automotive, Inc. – Enfield, CT

Bosco's Automotive is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our Parts Department. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full-time for the right candidate. If you're organized, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are interested in building a long-term career in the heavy-duty truck repair industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities

  • Order, receive, and stock heavy-duty truck parts and supplies.
  • Assist technicians in locating and supplying the correct parts for repairs.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory.
  • Process warranty parts, returns, and core returns.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stocking shelves.
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the shop.
Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn shop management software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck parts is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
